Partners Growing Together: How Our Supplier Relationships Continue to Evolve

11 de Agosto de 2026

At Postobón, we understand that a strong supply chain begins with relationships built on trust. That is why we work to ensure that our suppliers are much more than business partners: they are strategic allies with whom we share a common purpose of growth, innovation, and sustainability.

Every sourcing decision we make is aimed at creating value for everyone. This means building long-term relationships, promoting transparency throughout every process, and creating the conditions that enable our partners to grow alongside us. Because when we strengthen our supply chain, we also contribute to the development of our country.

A Commitment to Colombian Industry

In 2025, we worked with 4,273 active suppliers, of which 96% were Colombian, and 76% of our total procurement spending was allocated to local suppliers. This commitment reflects our confidence in Colombian businesses and our dedication to strengthening the country's productive ecosystem. By prioritizing suppliers located close to our operations, we not only contribute to regional economies but also make our operations more agile, efficient, and resilient in the face of market challenges.

Relationships Guided by ESG Criteria

We also strengthen our relationships through criteria that go beyond commercial performance. As part of our UNO MÁS TODOS sustainability model, we incorporate environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) considerations into our supplier selection and evaluation processes. In this way, we foster partnerships grounded in ethics, sustainability, and shared value creation.

A Closer, More Agile Experience

We know that growing together also means providing a better experience for everyone who is part of our network of partners. That is why we continue to simplify processes, strengthen collaboration, and create opportunities to innovate together. We want every interaction with Postobón to be closer, more agile, and more transparent.
